The 70/80 LPAQS Vulcano models are designed to meet one of the most in-demand production capacities. The main feature of this new cleaner series is its ability to nearly double the output of the 45/50 models, using virtually the same amount of energy. Under typical debris intake conditions, these units can exceed 18,000 kg of clean almonds per hour.

This generation of Cleaners establishes the baseline standard for Asigran's core almond cleaning technology. All our cleaning units feature this technology, adapted to their specific production capacities. They come standard with a pre-cleaning unit that removes small solid debris before the main air system acts, ensuring more thorough cleaning and a cleaner operating environment. Subsequently, an enhanced ventilation system provides powerful and uniform removal of leaves and twigs. In the next step, a roller screen extracts remaining small particles, and finally, a de-stoning unit completes the process, discharging the clean almonds to the next piece of equipment or treatment phase.

The ECO LP Vulcano Almond Cleaning units are designed for small to medium production capacities of up to 6 t/h. These cleaners feed almonds and debris onto a unique pre-cleaning roller screen that rapidly and effectively processes the incoming material, ensuring its optimal distribution onto the subsequent screen where remaining small particles are removed. An air cyclone operates between these two screens to maximize the removal of leaves and small twigs; this action, coupled with the unique design of the various system components, achieves nearly 100% effectiveness in separating this type of debris.

The Tersum LPAQP Almond Cleaner/Hullers, featuring integrated dust extraction, are units designed for small-scale production. They provide exceptional cleaning performance, removing soil and small particles before the air blowing stage for a cleaner operating environment and more effective cleaning. Subsequently, an improved ventilation system ensures homogeneous and highly effective removal of leaves and twigs. After passing through the pre-cleaning rollers and air cyclone, the almonds proceed to an internal stick-removing screen where any remaining sticks and twigs are eliminated. Finally, the hulling mechanism removes the outer hull, leaving the almonds perfectly hulled.
